Hello all. I ordered my Internet via DSL 2 weeks ago, but the fact that i'll be moving to different cities during my studies, i want to cancel my online order. I have not yet recieved any devices nor has a technician visited my place yet. I have tried calling 0800 1721212, but they always redirect me to Call Ya team. and Call Ya team says that i need to contact 0800 1721212 as it is DSL related matter. Please help me. Thanks.

I will check if an cancellation is still possible.
