Hello!
After the relocation I changed the contract from GigaCube mobile funk to DSL, because Mobilfunk was working very badly and did not provide the good internet connection. Vodafone Operator in telephone call told me, that I am just switching from one contract to another, and do not have to pay twice for both contracts. Now I see that both contracts are active and I receive/pay the invoices for both contracts. However from May 2023 I do not use GigaCube anymore.
I kindly ask you to confirm, that Vodafone will return money which are withdrawn from my bank account for Gigacube contract.
