Gigacube not good and need to return in store

Dear Team,

I bought a Gigacube device with 2 years contract from Vodafone store, However its speed is not as claimed My Son cannot play on his PS5 as there is a huge dedelay in responsewhile using the internet from Gigacube. Additionally the wifi signal in my room is very low due to whcih i cannot work properly. I need to return it as it seems to be not worth the price. However, I am not sure as could not find any return policy information for in store brought devices. Please can any one help as it is just 5 days since i brought it.

in Germany there is none

Contracts made in a store are final - there is no "testing period" or "withdrawal right".

But - sometimes Vodafone has a 30-day-testing period for the GigaCube, anyhow I'm not sure if this offer is still in place or if it already ended (in which case you are bound to the contract for the whole 24 months).
