Hi! I didn't manage to get through the customer service robots as my German is not so great yet.
We received a router but after plugging it into a wall the router didn't start up properly. The next morning a Telekom employee showed up informing us we have the wrong router and we need to use a different plug altogether, could you help me with this please?
