Wi-Fi not working on Vodafone Station TG6442VF

Hello Vodafone Team/ Folks,

I have been trying to reach Vodafone customer service via WhatsApp and phone but the Wi-Fi issue is still not resolved.

Wifi LED is off since I did the installation of the Vodafone station router.

I am a new customer at Schloß berg Str1 *81549.

My Konto-Nummer: * If Wi-Fi is not enabled in my contract then please enable it. The Internet works with only LAN cable and it’s difficult for other members of the house to use the Internet.

You will most likely have to pay for WiFi - but nobody in this forum is able to enable this for you as this is a customers-only forum.
