Hello all,
I'm a new Vodafone client. I've bought router Fritz!Box 7530 AX and signed contract with Vodafaon . I received SMS about line is connected, that meant that i can plug router and use internet. I followed instruction that was given me at Vodafaon. During setup modem I enter MIC, however in some time I get error message with timeout.
Please help with this, what do I do incorrect ?

Hello @Ksuha,
You write that you got an SMS for unlocking. Was there already a technician on site? The technician appointment should have been communicated to you in the welcome letter.
Only after that it works with the router installation.
Please wait for the technician appointment.

Hey,
I had appointment on 5th of September from 13:00-17:00, I was waiting him at that time , but nobody was knocking at appointment time . I received sms at 14:00 of 5th September , it says :

What do i do next ?
