I begin to contract from the day before yesterday.
I do not know how to connect my own modem.(Fritz box6660)
Please tell me how to activate appliances.
To whom may I email?
I cannot call a telephone because
I cannot speak german language.
I called once, but they couldn't get through to me in my poor English.
Or should I give up the connection and cancel the contract?
Could anyone give me some advise?

I did some Googling, it is stated it is acceptable by telephone in NRW.

I installed WhatsApp and contacted them. At first it was an automatic response from Tobi. I had already tried SMS messages, so it was the same response. When I continued the dialogue with Tobi on WhatsApp, the service team was summoned. Service team gave me messages.
