Hello there,
Today I tried to contact client service via phone, but unfortunately, they don't speak English and as I understood, the service can be provided only in German. Although it doesn't make a problem to open the contract and sell services.
I have two questions and maybe someone can help me with them:
1. According to the new law about TV services delivery and payment, my previous contract will be stopped on June, 26. New contract is signed and already active. Do I need to do anything else to be sure my previous contract will be cancelled from June, 26?
2. And how can I return my rented router back as with the new contract I received a new router. Thus the old one I don't need anymore.

Unfortunately, only customer support can answer your questions. We do not have access to your customer account.
