Hey forbor,
as long as its just a cancellation - without an open porting order for your phonenumber, this should be most likely possible.
Please send me a PRIVATE message with your dsl customernumber/Password & the desired new cancellation date.
Therefore click on my name/avatar -> then the big red Button on the right side "sende diesem Nutzer eine private Nachricht".
