Hello, I want to cancel the contract with was signed on 26th of July. The salesperson told me that its needed for extension of service but upon more research found out it's not needed and I will be locking in unnecessarily into another 24 month contract. How do I cancel it?
Thanks for reply Peter. I really appreciate it.. In http://vodafone.de/retoure I have raised a request multiple times but they keep replying they don't have any such contract under my name. However I do have PDF which was sent from vodafone which contains all the info of the contract. I really think it's a well crafted scam by vodafone to keep customers on hook by luring them in forever with such cheap business tactics.
I will keep raising request to their portal every day until it get canceled. Additionally, they do not have any right to send my data without my consent to any sales person. Not only them but telekom guys also came to visit. Unless they know my existing contract details, it's not possible for them to find me directly at my home address. Vodafone is selling customer data for profit without consent of customer which is bigger compliance GDPR issue.
In that case try contacting support via WhatsApp (and not by phone!). There you get contact tonreal VF employees instead pf external call centers, with more knowledge, data access and deciding powers. Support in English is available there, too.
