Hi,
Can someone here please help me clear the issue with my current DSL contract?
I have received the confirmation of contract termination with Vodafone since 12.12.2022, which confirms that my current contract ends on 5.12.2023 (tomorrow).
However, as I logged in to MeinVodafone profile and look for current contract data, it says Vertragslaufzeit bis
04.01.2024.
I am confused at this point. I did not renew my contract, or withdraw my termination. Why do I get the automatic extension of contract with Vodafone? How can I terminate completely the DSL service? I really need guidance here.
