Contract cancellation

Hello! I've requested contract termination asking to cancel from 1.01.2024 (the last contract date is 31.12.2023). I got the confirmation that my request is received, but I cannot find:

* the confirmation of the last contract date

* information on how and when I have to return the router

Where can I get this info?
