Hello,
I applied for a DSL connection on 30 June 2022 and I got the Fritzbox delivered to me but I haven't received my activation code yet on my email or by post. I even got the technician visit today but I am not able to start using internet without activation code.

Hey ich_bin_sheetal,
if you've recieved the router & had an technician appointment, the welcomeletter was definitly sent weeks ago.
As long as we have a confirmed mailadress , its always sent via mail.
Sometimes these mails get sorted out as spam , did you check your spamfolder?
The name of the letter is "Willkommensbrief".
If you have no mail, please send me a private message with your dsl-customer or ordernumber and the customerpassword.
Please also give me your mailadress.
If its the same as in the customeraccount i'll send you a copy of the welcomeletter.
