Tranferring DSL contract to a new person

HI community,

I have recently moved from Plön to Hamburg. I would like to transfer my current DSL to the new tenant as I already have internet service provided in the new apartment. What is the procedure for doing this? Can the new person be able to change the contract if an existing one is transferred to them?

Fill out this form with your next tenant, both sign it and send it to Vodafone DSL Customer Service in Ratingen.

Thanks Torsten! I was wondering if the new tenant could make changes in the contract that I hand them over or will they be bound to the same conditions as outlined in my current contract?

Hey Anuradha,

the new tenant will be bound to the same conditions.
The contract gets transfered 1:1 to the new contract partner.

If we offer a higher bandwith then you are using right now , an upgrade is always possible once the contract was transfered to the new partner.
