Hi,
I can only speak English, and help line person can only communicate in German, thats why posting here
I live in Berlin Angerburger Allee 25. And I have a Vodafone contract for cable internet 1000 Mbps. It's been almost 3 weeks, nobody contacted me by email. Also, my current SIM network is O2 which has signal problems, so I may have missed some calls from the installation company/person.
I have a new number now which I updated in the MyVodafone app.
My question is how can I speed up the process and where can I check when the router will be installed?
