I have ordered a internet connection which I want to cancel. I have the order number and customer number only. Please let me know how do I do this?

so you whish to revoke a dsl contract, that was not yet activated?

If its a dsl-contract you can send this document regarding the cancellation of the order to widerruf@vodafone.com .
Just enter your personal details on the bottom of page 2.
