Hello Vodafone,
My Internet contract ended on 15th Feb 2022, but unfortunately, I am not in my house and due to my circumstances I will be back only at the end of the month Feb 28. I tried to arrange an alternative option to send the router but that too is not possible. Could you please extend the date of return further so I can send it on 1st March? I kindly request your understanding, please!

Hey ASP1,
I'm sorry to hear that you've cancelled your contract.
During these pandemic times, we have prolonged the 14 day return period anyway.
If you are just a few days over the 14 days , its fine.
