Hello
I am only English speaking.
I ordered the vodafone network and planned install Date was October .12th. After the technician released the internet signal for my apartment i tried to activate the Easybox 805, but without success. The the problem appears after I input the activation code(MIC), always showing activation ongoing(more than 30mins) and after that i have message for wrong MIC code. I received the new MIC code, but the problem remains. After trying and telephone calling with vodafone service, I tried with phones, apps and computer according to the instructions, but the problem remains.
All lights are green except the telephone. I can not work at home.
Could some one check the issue for me? I want to solve it asap. Thank You

have you ever called the installation hotline? This is 0800 172 12 01.
