Hello!
I'm reaching out for some help.
I'm relocating to a new apartment in a few weeks and I'd like to transfer my "Vodafone CableMax 1000" contract to my new address. I attempted to make this change through the website, but during the final step, I was prompted to call a number. I'm concerned about making the call because my German isn't very strong. Is there any other action I can take without having to call the number provided?

Thanks for the suggestion @Mowglee but unfortunately, it is the same. The chatbot at the end asked me to call the number (or for them to call me).
