Moving to a new a new apartment

I have an existing contract with DSL at my old apartment and would like to change to a new apartment. Vodafone customer service has offered me, Kabel, at the new address but I have not received any information on what happens to the old DSL contract and modem. Any clarifications is appreciated.

Hi anthony12,

if you entered your DSL customer data when ordering the cable contract, the DSL connection will be canceled as soon as the cable connection has been activated.

You will then receive a cancellation confirmation by email. There you will find all information about returning the DSL modem.
