Hi community
I just moved homes and had to get a new DSL connection at my new apartment. The technician came over to install the connection and connected the router to the DSL connection. He mentioned it would take 10 mins, but the internet never came on. After a couple of hours the EasyBox router stopper functioning, no lights on. The adaptor works fine.
How do I get a new router quickly without waiting for another week to receive a new router?
