DSL.

Hi. At October i have changed my internet from Kabel to DSL. Since this time i have a problem with Rechnungen. I received only a payment at October and thats all. I Didn't received anything at November. No online Renchung, no letter. What can I do in this situation ? How can I pay if i don't know correctly how much i have to pay.

Have you added your DSL contract to MeinVodafone using the online registration code that is next to the MIC in the welcome letter? The invoices are only made available for this.
Unlike the name suggests, Vodafone sends the welcome letter exclusively by email.

Thank you so much for help. I found it. But  nobody said anything like that to me that i have to do this.

im glad that Torsten could already help you.
We explain how to check your bill / administrate your contract in our welcomeletter.
Sadly we don't offer an english version - so i completely understand that this must have been an unpleasant expirience.

I'll adress the feedback internal - but i fear that there won't be adjustments in the near future.
