I have a contract with 1000 Mps and I would like to downgrade to 100. I went to a vodafone store a few months ago to ask for downgrade and they said it was too early to do it. I went again a few days ago and they told me it is possible but I have to do it with the store that did my contract. I went to the store who did my contract and told me that the deadline for downgrade was 9 months after the contract was created and that I cannot do it anymore. No one had give me this information before even when I asked and this is not written on my contract. Could you tell me how I can change to 100 Mps? I would like to do it as soon as possible.
