I have not internet from last 3 days now and raised a ticket 003-XXXXXXX/24 but only thing I hear is that there is no solution for it. This is just not acceptable plus there is no solution from Vodafone for this and no solution time too, which is ridiculous. I am trying to understand what are the issue here and how long will it take to solve this issue.

I have already done that, that is why I gave the complaint number, as they say they do not speak english and told send a note on community, so it means vodafone just cannot help if you don't understand or speak the language it seems from your reply.
