I am a member of Vodafone internet service and I going to move to a new place on June 13th and have been contacting Vodafone service multiple times for a new contract. The last call I had was that there will be an email to confirm that I will have a new contract at the new address. The email should be in latest yesterday but there was nothing, no email to confirm for the new contract as I was guided. My German is no good at all to call back to be lucky to call with English speaker last last time. Please send me the confirmation email * or a new contract for the new address Im * The service has to done on morning time on June 13th. Please confirm this by email for me.
