I have an Internet contract with Vodafone and service in Berlin Friedrischain is down since 24th July 2025. I have been promised som sort of Always on Esim that will give me 500GB of data to continue work.
However, I don't see any email from Vodafone, neither is there any notification in Mobile app to download the esim.
I only have Contract : Internet connection from vodafone at the moment.
Anyone can advise ?
