I want to send back the vodafone router, but can not understand how to do it.
I read on forum vodafone.de that at time of installation technique should give me Rücksendeetikett. But I got only the label with information about the password and WLAN name.
I can not even find any info about the address where I should send back the router.
Also on vodafone forum I find info about "Alles zu Retoure & Widerruf" but when I filled out my information got an error on the website. I will attach the screenshot to this post.
Can you please help me? Thank you!

Hey ivan45654,
since you've posted in the dsl board , i'm guessing that you've using a dsl tariff.
Why do you want to send the router back?
Has the dsl contracted ended, or did you swap/upgrade for another rented device?
In both cases you'll get a return voucher via mail, with the concrete adress.
This voucher does not cover free shipping. So you need to send it yourself (if possible insured) to the adress mentionend there & lay the return voucher inside the package.
You'll find it either on the last page of the cancellation confirmation letter, or in the "Tarifwechsel/change of tariff" confirmation.
The Vodafone-Retouren-Portal is mainly for returning smartphones or revoking mobile/cable contracts. Not for dsl hardware.
Cheers,
Andre
