Hi, We have applied a DSL Connection from a shop and they said everything is fine. After some days we received an email from Vdafone that contract is not possible due to missing inforamtion.
I tried to call several times but due to language issue we were not able to understand each other. Its been sme time we never heard anything from vodafone. The engineer was assigned but no one came and now all of sudden they called and told me that connection is not possible because the line is occupied in the house.
its been 3months and then i asked if its not possible please cancel contract because i have alredy taken other connection but person from vodafone denied.
I asked the shop from where i took connection he also denied. I do not understand what i suppose to do now.
Please help me. I cannto keep the contract as its not useful. Now we have 2 vodafone contract. Old and new.
Please help me in cancelling the other new contact which is not activated yet.
