I have recently applied for an Internet connection. But by mistake, I chose DSL while ordering. There is no DSL port available in my apartment. I want to change the connection type to Cable Internet. I tried to contact customer care. But they speak in German. I don't speak German.
The DSL connection status is shown as active. But there is no internet in my apartment
Can you please help change the connection type from DSL to Cable

We like to look at that directly. Please send us via PN the customer number of the DSL contract and the password that you agreed with us when you signed the contract.
