Hello,
My internet used to work fine but about 3, 4 months ago I'm suffering to use it.
Any time a day it drops the speed randomly.
I restart the modem them works fine for less tham 10 minutes them start over again.
After stopped working I restart the modem and did the speed check few minutes ago:
Download: 12.7 / Upload: 2.69
Tested using WIFI and about 3,5m far from the Modem.
As I work at home, It's causing me a lot of problems.
Please help me out.

what tariff are you using?
These speedchecks are fine for an Internet & Phone 16.
But far too slow for higher bandwiths.
Is the performance via lan also poor (so that wlan is not the issue).

Hi Andre,
My Tariff is DSL 16MB, this is higher speed Vodafone offer me.
I got the same speed using lan cable.
It's about 4mb / 30% less tham 16MB, maybe for higher speed this diference doesn't count much but for 16MB every MB makes diference.
When this happens my upload turn to almost 2MB or less.
Could you do something about it ?

It's been 10 days from the last message sent. I still got no answer.
I understand that you are not interested on helping me.
So I would like to cancel my contract with no fees or decrease my monthly payment by 30%.
I attached a printscreen and a have more to prove if you need.
