Some weeks ago I changed my apartment and I wanted to take my Vodafone contract with me. In my old flat I had DSL but in the new flat Kabel was supported so I had to send the DSL router back and get a new Kable Router.
After I received the new Router I called Vodafone call center and I asked them how I can send my old DSL router back. They sent me a Retourenschein via email, I packed the router and included all the accesories and put the label on it.
A few days after I received this email which says "Retoure abgelehnt" without giving me a reason and after a few days I have not received any letters, emails or calls from Vodafone. Also, I cannot reach out to the agent who did the contract change for me.
I was wondering why the return was rejected? And will I be still charged for it? Can anyone help here please?
