Contract ended but I am still billed

Hello,

 

My contract with Vodafone ended in January 2022, but I am still being billed as of September 2022.

How can I correct this?

Did you send a cancellation?

Because contracts automatically extend if they are not actively cancelled...

I have, and I have the cancellation document as proof.

Can any admin help me with this?
