First Restart, Then Reset: Here's How
Did you restart (reboot) your router, but it didn’t help? Then try a router reset. Before you begin, please note your router password, Wi-Fi name, and settings. Now you’re ready to reset your Vodafone Station to factory settings. You have two options: you can do it through the user interface or the reset button.
How to Reset via the Vodafone Station User Interface:
- Open your router menu via the IP address on your computer
- Enter your password and click Login
- Go to the Status & Help menu
- Select Restart on the left
- Click on Reset in the Factory Settings section
- Click Apply
- Done! Your Vodafone Station will now reset

How to Reset via the Reset Button:
- Use a pointed object, e.g., straighten a paperclip
- Press and hold the reset button for at least 10 seconds (located on the back of the Vodafone Station)
- Done! Your Vodafone Station will now reset

Note: Pressing the reset button for only 5 seconds will simply restart your router without resetting it to factory settings. The reset can take up to an hour.
Setting Up Your Router Again: What's Next
Have you reset your Vodafone Station to factory settings? Great. Now you need to set up your box in Wi-Fi again. Here’s how:
- Open your router menu via the IP address on your computer
- Enter your password (see the label on the back of your box) and click Login
- Go to the Wi-Fi menu
- If you have changed your Wi-Fi name (SSID), enter your SSID
- Enter your Wi-Fi password if you have changed it
- Click Apply
- Done! Your devices will now automatically connect to the Wi-Fi
Tip: Of course, you can personalize your router password again under the Settings menu after the reset.
