Hi Munaz,
welcome to the Vodafone Community!
Receiving spam calls does not mean that your phone number has been leaked. Ususally they just call randomly generated phone numbers.
There are some cases where potential criminals call random mobile numbers starting with 0172 (because most Vodafone numbers start with these digits) and ask for the customer passwords.
The same happens to fixed line numbers. Often you will be asked for personal information like your IBAN etc.
If you do not trust the caller end the call immediately.
Depending on which modem you are using you can block certain numbers. This can help to at least get rid of some these spam calls.
We can not block phone numbers for all of our DSL connections but you can open a complaint at the Bundesnetzagentur: https://www.bundesnetzagentur.de/DE/Sachgebiete/Telekommunikation/Verbraucher/UnerlaubteTelefonwerbu...
Regards,
Jens
