I am using Vodafoen kable internet. The internet speed is too slow. I called the costumer service regarding this issue but unfortunately I could not speak with the representative in English. Could a technical solution specialist or representative from Vodafone contact with me. Kundennummber ist : ***

is the speed during the whole day so low or only in the evening? Is your PC connected to the router via WiFi or LAN?

I am using Red Internet & Phone 500 Cable. All the day connection is bad. Evenings becomes better but only increase to 50-80 Mbps dl speed. In day time it decreases to sometimes 20-30 Mbps. I am connected via wifi. All the devices (phones, ipad, computer) the story is same. Non of them connect better from another. I several times restarted router or reconnet to electricity but none of them worked totally to make the speed better.

can you look at ethernet connection? Then what results did you get?

I checked today with and without cable. I guess now due to connection is well enough both score are high. Now without cable dl speed is 227 Mbps and with it's 315 (where it should be 500)
That is the highest score I have measured. For instance a few days before I Measured only 45 (by wifi) as you can see from attachment and many times I Measured between 30-100 but unfortunately now I can not show them all
Today it might be an exception and I am not pleased with this internet with that much stability and speed problems.

it is not possible to have a stable Wifi-connection. There are too many reasons for issues. With a wired connection there should be everything fine. If it is not like that, I will prove that. Which WLAN standard do your devices support? How much do you get over Gigabit Ethernet? There are currently no restrictions on the download channels.
