Hi,
My WiFi router is faulty and gets disconnects frequently. Its being in use for past 5 years and now it needs to be replaced. I tried resetting it but it still gives the same problem.
Please advise how to proceed with the replacement

Kindly let me know how to request the homebox and if you can place the request on my behalf. I would like to test it
unfortunately I didn't note down the disconnection times, but will start making note of it from now on, Also kindly how I need to check the upload and download speeds...do I need to use Vodafone specific speed check tools or can I use any tool.
could you please provide me the email address for requesting the disconnection and also advise what process I need to follow.

Hi Felix,
You can book the Homebox yourself via your customer portal.
For the speed tests, it is best to use our Vodafone Speedtest. Please carry out the tests via LAN cable.
Claudia has already given you the address for cancellation.

Hello,
I have been invoiced for the router that were send to me. As we were still troubleshooting and trying to understand the issue forvdisconnection I had not sent back the new routers. So in the month of October I was invoices for the router cost..which was not fair.
last week I have sent back both the new routers received by and look forward to get back my wrong invoices amount.
