Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren,
Ich lerne noch Deutsch, sorry für den englischen Text. Aber ich kann mein Problem besser auf Englisch erklären.
For the past 3-4 weeks my vodafone router has been switching off randomly. Then when I restart the router, all is working fine for some time. Then again after some time, the router switches off. The problem is not with the internet as when I restart the router the internet is working. This is a Hardware Problem. My German is not so good hence I cannot talk on the Customer Phone number.
So I request you to please send me a replacement router / modem. I have checked many vodafone forums and many people have faced similar issues and the solution was to replace the router.
I kindly request you to please look into the matter as soon as possible. This disturbs my Work as I do Work remotely sometimes. I have attached some images for reference.

What router model are you using? The Vodafone Station is known to be very sensitive about heat, so each year in the summer problems like that show up. If you use this model, make sure that it stands upright and is not too tightly enclosed by furniture or other items. A notebook cooling pad can help.

Thank you for the information, I am using the Vodafone station router and it is upright. I will check Whatsapp. Once again thank you for such fast response.
