Hello, so, last week my router broke, after several phone calls we managed to initiate a replacement ticket, so the new router might or might not be on its way, as we have not received confirmation of it being sent.
As we work from home, we decided to purchase a second router, (Fritzbox 6591), but we found out that an activation code is required, and our current code does not seam to work.
Is it possible to receive a code to activate the third party router speedily? We saw that we can request a new activation code by post, but as we are “waiting” for the new Vodafone router, we would not want to mix things up, and risk to prolong the time even further.
Thanks for any help you can provide.

You can request a new activation code here. This will be sent by letter.
The activation code has nothing to do with your new Vodafone router.

Thanks, will give it a shot, just to be safe in case the new router does not arrive.
