Hello,
I have been using you Red Internet & Phone 1000 Cable product for more than a year, however over past (noticed since feb 2020) few months have started facing below 3 major problem
1] Speed of Internet is very slow (not always but several times a day)
2] Reachability for Wifi Signal has become poor from other room (it worked fine initially from anywhere within my 77 sqmt apartment)
3] Several time a day we faced no internet connection and had to reboot the wifi router to get the internet back.
This is now becoming a blocker for my daily activity, and I urged you please send someone to check the problem or please replace the router with a better one (I am using the standard router that you provided during the connection with a vodafone logo on it ).

Yes, someone from SSF Telecommunication has contacted me and we made an appointment on 4th August to come to our home and have a look.
I really hope the problem can be fixed soon.

Hi,
Today the technician came , and changed the amplifier, and told me that the problem should be fixed now.
I will keep an eye on my problem and come back if I face it again.
I really appreciate your help on this matter.
