Hi,
My DSL connection is not working, the internet is unstable and going off after sometime. I am facing this problem since last 2 months. Today, it is the worst. After every 10-15 minutes, the internet conncetion is going off. It is coming back after sometime, and then again there is no connection. A page is opening that says NO INTERNET CONNECTION, CLICK HERE TO RESTART YOUR CONNECTION. When i click on the button, nothing is happening.
I tried to call the customer care, but they do not speak english.
Please help. I am having too much trouble with this internet connection.

that sounds like we should have a look at the connection
Please send a PN with your name, address and customer-number (I think the deleted one was not correct).

Hi Marco,
I was out on a vacation and apologies for the late reply. I came back today and found the same problem. The net connection is coming and going off in intervals.
I did not understand what you mean by - I am not a cable-customer. I have been using Vodafone since 2015 April.
I got a white modem from Vodafone, model number: 00200106.
Kindly help me at the earliest. Please let me know if you have need any further information.

that's an Easybox, so you the technology is DSL and not cable

Hi Monjoy,
this is issue can by caused by many things.
HERE you can check if there is an regional problem.
Then please check the phone socket, the cabling etc.
Restart the EasyBox and if this doesn't help, do a full reset and activate it again with your Modem-Installatations-Code.
If all this doesn't help, please send me a private message (click on my avatar -> Diesem Benutzer eine private Nachricht senden). I need your name, your customer number (usually starts with 0019...) and a mobile phone number.
