Very Slow internet speeds.

Hello,

First off, i speak little to no german, my primary language is english so bare with me please.

I have the CH7466CE modem.

I have been experiencing this for two weeks now.

I have followed the trouble shooting objectives, turned off my modem, powered it back on, factory reset. my internet speeds are so slow. i can barely load a website.

Please help, I have a topic in the wrong forum.
