Hi
The technician was supposed to show up today between 11:00 am - 1:59 pm to look into my cabel issues as my internet is not working at all. My order no is 001xxxxxx. I have called the Vodafone technical service few times and everytime they have said that he is on his way and will arrive by 14:00. They even gave the contact no (022xxxxxxx) of the technician which is unavailable. I have been home all day and have been waiting outside for the technician to come. But no one has appeared. Please help with this issue. I need my internet as soon as possible.

According to the order he was then on site on 28.04.20. What could he tell you that caused the appointment not to be kept?
