I had a issue with Internet last month (beginning of June around 5days).
We have reached hotline multiple times and they send us technician (issue not with the kable).Technician has detected issue is some where fiber issue in some where in the city center.During the call itself we confirmed with hotline representative they will not charge for the service.At the end they have charged 100€.
Issue is not only my house.i can to know from the technician entire street having the issue.
After contacting hotline they said wave off the charge sin next bill however they did not do that.
After contacting the hotline team received mail with pdf starting that they won't reimburse.
If the issue from Vodafone end why do they charging the 100€.
Has they charged for all for all people who live in the entire street.
I am a customer since 2020 .really not happy with what they have done for those time.
