Hallo,
I would like to make an appointment to come fix the internet connection at my new apartment. I have already applied for a move and received the confirmation. The letter said everything should work fine after plugging it in the socket but nothing is happening. ( the @ symbol is blinking fast ). I have already called but with no success. I also already tried reseting it.

how long did you leave the modem connected in your new flat? Is there another antenna socket that you may try? It might be that a technician is needed, can he reach you under ***996 to make an appointment?

thanks for your prompt response. It has been 5 days since it is plugged in. Yes I am reachable on that number, the technician can reach me there to make an appointment.
