Hi,
I ordered a new vodafone dsl for postcode 13053 to be started from 1st april. I have not received any router yet. Also MSM who are supposed to setup an appointment for technician say that they cannot provide service and we need to contact dtservice.net for the technician. When we contacted dtservice.net, they informed that they have not received activation request from Vodafone yet and cannot do anything.
Vodafone customer care ask me to contact msm again and say they cannot help.
Request you to please provide a solution about what to do or who to contact.
