Hello.
I have the Red Internet & Phone 1000 Cable U package (Hessen)
Modem: TG3442DE
Problem: For two months I have had extremely slow internet.
My internet speeds are far below the guaranteed minimum. At best, I will get 200-300Mbit/s. Lately, I have been getting 30-50MBit/s.
I have tried to do a factory reset, to change the channels, etc.
The problem is clearly with the Vodafone Station. The speed from Vodafone to the Modem is ok, but from Station to my computer, it drops off by 90%+. I have tried with 3 computers (Windows, Mac, Linux), and with a cable connection and via WLAN. The problem is consistent across all devices.
You can see this in the image below.
I have sent several SpeedTest ID's to Vodafone, so that the problem can be confirmed. I have also requested that I be given a credit because the speed is too slow. I have not got any response from the customer service.

Update: I called Vodafone last night, and they said someone would call me this morning. No one tried to call me.
The problem remains.

What exactly did the colleagues from the hotline told you:
Was a fault ticket created ? Were you told that a technician would call ? Or did someone from the hotline want to call you again?
Did you receive an SMS from us?
