Hello again, with another internet problem. Internet is completely unusable for the last 4-5 days. What is going on, and how long will it last? I am unable to work. If this is not fixed by today, there should be some compensation for this month because I am losing money unable to do my freelance work. Thank you for your help.

Hallo nochmal, mit einem anderen Internetproblem. Das Internet ist in den letzten 4-5 Tagen völlig unbrauchbar. Was ist los und wie lange wird es dauern? Ich kann nicht arbeiten Wenn dies bis heute nicht behoben ist, sollte es eine Entschädigung für diesen Monat geben, da ich Geld verliere, das nicht in der Lage ist, meine freiberufliche Arbeit zu verrichten. your modem is online and the signal looks good. In what way is the connection unusable, is the download affected or the upload? Did you test via ethernet?

Actually, let's not close it. The speed is a bit better, but still unusable when it comes to watching live streams and playing games. My internet should be 200 download and 12 upload, currently I have 80-100 download and 0.5 upload, with 120 ping. Ethernet connection, I do not use wifi. 7 days now of being unable to watch live streams and do my work because of the terrible connection.

This is the current state of my internet. Unfortunately, even worse than yesterday. I have attached a picture.

Daily update:

Speed has gone down to 3-5 mbps. Upload is still around 0.5, and the ping is out of control. Can't do any kind of work. I have been forced to use my mobile phone as a hotspot to work on my video translations, and have 4 gb left for the remaining 7 days on mobile data.

Ping is still very high, 100+. Upload speeds at 0.5, download around 100 but very bad connection so it is unusable.

Hello xChaolin,

from the current status your open ticket should be solved in the next few weeks. It was assigned to a high utilisation problem ticket and the planned network expansion shall fix this. But this is only for the download, the upload problems are caused by a combination of a disrupter in the return path and a high utilisation in the upstreams as well. The disrupter was active until this morning and looks more stable now. Did the upload get better? I still made a new fault report for the upstream utilisation.
