Dear Vodafone and Community
I am using Vodafona Internet for more than 2 years. Home Cable Internet .
I have contract with vodafon till february 2019 . My contract is 100 MB/s . Last 7 months internet is terrible. I never recieve more than 35 mb/s at day time. and on the evening from 18 PM - 23 PM internet is maxiamlly 5mb/s and im unable to use this slow internet. I have tried to contact Vodafone for this problem and they always redirected me to other departments , they always says : "THIS IS NOT THE RIGHT DEPARATMENT , PLEASE CALL THIS NUMBER" and after i called other number they said the same thing. For more than 2 weeks im trying to fix this problem but im not getting any help from Vodafone. Noone there wants to take resposibility for their guility.
I AM PAYING 45 EUR per month for 100 mb /s but i never recieve more than 35 mb /s at day time and from 18-23 pm i recieve only 5mb/s . After i called vodafone million time they decide to change my box , they send me new one fritz box but the problem is the same. I was at Vodafone store to ask for the help they said me the same poor answer "PLEASE CALL THIS NUMBER" . I have requested to cancel my Contract with Vodafone but they said your contract ends on FEB 2019 , and they didnt want to cancel contract immediately and not fixing their problems with internet. I have also asked to change contract to lower price because im paying 45 eur for bull***. They dont accept it
This is the last way im trying to solve this problem with Vodafone , if they dont act now i need to get the Lawyer and to stop this contract immediately and to not be obligated to pay anything more (i will also request refund for all these months i paid for bull*** internet)
VODAFONE BROKED CONTRACT WITH ME , SO WHY I NEED TO PAY ANYMORE FOR THEM ? THEY NOT OFFER WHAT THEY SAID! AND FOR MORE THEY HAVE VERY POOR SUPPORT , I MADE MORE THAN 200 CALLS IN LAST 2 WEEKS NOONE WANTS TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THEIR CLIENT.
FINALLY I WILL WAIT FOR PROBLEM SOLVE OR I NEED TO ACT WITH A LAWYER!

IF YOU DONT RESPONSE ME THIS WEEK IM FINALLY GOING TO TAKE A LAWYER AND STOP THIS BULL*** CONTRACT , I HAVE CONTRACT FOR 100MB/s AND IT COMES 2MB ,
Im feeling so ignored from you. You interests is just take take monthly payment but service is so poor.
I will wait maximally till FRIDAY , and than i act with a lawyer.

Unfortunately, our network is very busy in the evening hours, which is why expansion work is already underway. Unfortunately, there is no specific date from which the full bandwidth should be available again.

Hi,
Internet is bad all the time , i never recieve more than 35 mb/s at day hours too.
In my contract there 100mb/s and from 18PM internet is terrible.
All i want now is downgrade my contract , i dont want to pay anymore 45eur for this kind of internet . And when you fix your problems than we can talk again for contract but i dont want to pay anymore 45 EUR for 2mb/s.
PLEASE CONFIRM IT NOW , OR I NEED TO ACT WITH A LAWER TO STOP CONTRACT WITH YOU IMMEDIATELY.
I WANT CONFIRMATION FOR CONTRACT DOWNGRADE URGENT!

Hi,
I have made more than 100 phone calls to your deparatements , noone there cares about my problem, and you are still talking for my CAPITAL LETTERS? I suggest you to take as a serious problem my 2mb/s internet wich i pay 45 EUR , and not my capital letter. I thing you are forget that i am a costumer and i pay for your superslow internet.
Im Paying 45 eur in a month for this kind of internet and noone act to fix it, i requested contract cancelation you didnt accept it , i requested to fix the problem you didnt act. This problem is not now , but from 8 months ago.
Seriously if you can not provide what you pretend "100mb/s" cancel my contract immedately and i stop getting money from me. This kind of internet doest worth a single EUR.
Hope somone will take my internet problem as a serious case , not my Capital Letters.
