I need urgent help to fix internet in my house. It is not working since I moved into my new apartment.
Now how can we ask vodafone technician to urgently come to my house and fix the problem?
I tried calling 0800526625 but no luck.

Its been 4 days and I cant contact vodafone. Please I ask someone from Vodafone to call me at ******* since I am in a lot of stress regarding vodafone internet.

if I get this right a technician should have checked the building and found that it is rather difficult to build a new connection from the house connection to your flat. The extra expenses that will occur for this need to be approved, the application for that was made today. So we will need to wait for the decision now.
