Our cable internet and phone were down for over a week in May.
This caused major troulbe for our work.
I see that I was billed for the phone, internet and TV during the time of the outage.
How do I get a refund.

did you report the interference to Vodafone? If so, I'd be happy to check it out and see what the cause was and what we can do for you. If not, I'm afraid it's hard for us to determine that there was a failure.

Yes I had reported it. It has been resolved.
The storungsticket was 007***
It was a big outage that impacted multiple blocks in Trier.
We were without service for over a wee and my wife was not able to work.
And I had to work from a friends house. The logistics were a nightmare
I was told that we would be refunded for the week that we did not have service
but our bill shows that we were still charged.

I have stored a credit memo in the system and it should appear on the next or next but one invoice.
